IMPORTANT NOTES ON FAULTY ITEMS
In order to return faulty items to Bohemia you need to take the following steps:
Contact Bohemia’s main office within 14 days, after receiving the goods

- Please discribe the problem and give us information about article number, quantity and size.
- Bohemia will contact you as soon as possible and will inform you what to do next. Our policy is that faulty items will be replaced. Faults are: holes, stains, weaving mistakes, dye mistakes and accessories rejects. Matters of design issues are not defined as faults.
- Mark the defect with a sticker and send the goods in original packaging back to us. The costs of transportation will be paid by Bohemia. Please note that only the cheapest way of transportation can be refunded.
- As soon as we has received the faulty goods, we check the defect to accept it. You will get substitutes if this article is still on stock. Otherwise you will get a credit.
Only goods from the current season can be returned. Items that are sent back from previous seasons will be send back to the customer again and the costs will be billed.
